Late last night I found out, that I was actually rediscovering ham radio. I was quite active 35 years ago, and it's the same feelings today.
I guess it was José from Lisbon, that did it. Late night, on 80m, no QRM, just a little QRN and QSB, nice signal, nice QRS (I'm still rusty). 2400 km away. But I could still reach him, CT1EDJ. I admit that I turned up power to 50W, but I don't think I needed it.
I'm renaming this blog to: OZ6KS - rediscovering ham radio
